SPM analysis (JJ)

The aim of this session is to analyse the data using SPM.

2. Start up SPM12
3. Run the preprocessing and check the outcomes from each step
4. Run the general linear model (GLM) analysis
5. Check the results

Warm up

Display the MPRAGE image using ‘Display’

Set up the analysis using the GUI

• Start up ‘spm fmri’

• preprocessing

  1. Realign
  2. Slice timing
  3. Coregister
  4. Segment
  5. Normalise
  6. Smooth

• Specify 1^st^ level (GLM)

• Results
